We will explain what your car needs and why, and keep you updated on the progress. Before any work is carried out we will give you the estimate so you know how long the work will take and how much it will cost you. 


 Whenever possible we will email you pictures or videos of what is being done to your car, so you can rest assured your car is being fixed right first time.
